Verlyrus here with another engine update.

Players may have noticed that a lot of times, muting the sound in the options menu didn't mute ALL of the sound effects in game, unless you also turned down the volume slider to 0.

I've changed the way the Sound mute checkbox works. It now mutes all sounds when toggled.
